BSc in any Social Science discipline, (professional certification from CIPM/CIPD is compulsory)2. Must have 8years hands-on experience in the insurance industry with at least 4 years at a managerial level.3. Must have a strong knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and statutory requirements.4.
