We need the services of experienced and competent candidates to fill the vacant post of:

Job Title: Manager, Member Services

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Duties:

- you will help to oversee everyday operations and services delivery

- you will help with the development and implementation of systems, KPI's service level agreements and process quality improvements with manager

- you will manage the member services operation which includes membership registration

- you will help with the monitoring and also optimize the performance and productivity of the Member Service staff

Job Requirement:

. Minimum of first degree

. Minimum of 3 years experience
