The services of a smart, young and focused account executive who can also function as an Admin personnel is needed. Candidate is required to have between 2-3 years experience in supporting unit to plan, organize, direct, and control accounting activities, examine the accuracy and completeness of records and procedures for internal control to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ensure the smooth running of the office, supplies of all office needs and monitor usage od organizational assets. Candidate is required to be proficient in Microsoft packages, peach tree and other accounting software, possess strong attention to details, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal, strong mathematical, analytic and organizational skills. Required personality will include ability to be proactive, work in a team, manage pressure, take initiative, passion to achieve results and display good level of staying power.
