Candidates must possess a good honours degree from a recognized University in Health Services, Management or any of the Social Sciences or Humanities.
Possession of a Masters Degree in Public Administration or Health Services Management will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be Associate members or fellows of the Institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria (IHSAN).
Candidates must have riot less than Eighteen (18) years cognate administrative experience in a Federal/State Health care Institution, part of which must be as Deputy Director.
He/She MUST currently be a Director or a Deputy Director.
Anyone below the grade of Deputy Director and earning below CONHESS 14 (GL 16) need not apply.
Prospective candidates must also not be more than Fifty (50) years old.
Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Medical Director for the effective functioning of all the administrative divisions in the day-to-day management of the hospital and be Secretary to the Management Board.
